The Monolith-2 adapter is used to install adjustable telescopic butts on carbines and shotguns manufactured by VPMZ Molot with a fixed skeletal butt like the SVD, including: SOK-95, VPO-123, VPO-132, SOK-94, as well as smoothbore shotguns VPO-205-04 and VPO-221. Adapters from the Armakon Monolith series allow you to install tubes of both Mil- and Comm-Spec diameters on AK platform weapons, and also align the butt axis relative to the barrel, thereby reducing the impact of recoil when firing. Confident control of the weapon when firing in automatic mode, as well as during rapid fire, along with the ability to adjust the butt to a specific shooter, significantly expands the potential of the weapon.
